REFUND POLICY


Subject to applicable law:

  • All transactions done on Fabu Census are final and any requests for refunds are subject to review. We, therefore, recommend to users to be certain of Supporter Type and Monthly Dues selected before proceeding to make payment

  • Asante Kotoko SC will not be liable for any damages whatsoever resulting from a wrong transaction.

Asante Kotoko SC reserves the right to process refunds. Refunds include in cases of deductions other than the monthly amount requested by a user, or when required by law.


Right To Refund

A user is entitled to request a refund of a payment as the result of this agreement if the service being paid for is not received or delivered to you from Asante Kotoko SC.

If you want a refund, you must email: info@fabucensusmail.com, Call Fabu Census Call Center at +233599210021 or deliver your written request to Asante Kotoko SC at our registered office.

All refund requests will be dealt with high priority, and once reviewed and approved will be returned to the source of payment (e.g. Mobile money account, or bank card)

Asante Kotoko SC keeps detailed logs of all transactions that take place. Asante Kotoko SC will conduct a detailed investigation of all refund requests for its services. In cases where it is possible to "return" the services already paid, we will endeavor to process a return.
